RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) Prelaminated inlays (or prelam), which contain the smart cards' valuable chip and antenna, are highly sensitive to the quality of the lamination they underwent to form them. Release materials play a key role in protecting the inlay by preventing the adhesion of its layers and shielding them from the high pressure & temperature applied during the lamination process
